liquid breakfast


I had a company meeting this morning so I didn't have time for a breakfast smoothie (what I really wanted). Instead I had way too much liquid, in the form of orange juice, almond milk and a caramel latte, which only made me have to pee and the meeting was 2 hours long. Oy! Also, had an egg and cheese on ciabatta at Panera. Not exactly low calorie or super nutritious... At least it's Friday and lunch is lots of veggies, followed by a snack of more vegetation. So stay tuned!
